Whoa! How things have changed the first quarter of 2009. We have seen some REO properties receive 20+ offers days after hitting the market. The prices have stopped their decline and the Buyer agents that remain in the game are busy now. Looks like the Phoenix metro as a whole has finally reached the end of its descent. We are still seeing jaw dropping deals, but they are not staying on the market long. In some instances the days on market is less than 1 week!
