Where is the bottom? Only time will tell. The demand must exceed supply, this increases the price, for a prolonged period of time. The animated chart here shows many markets that have experienced 'Corrections', some metros appear to have already hit bottom. For the first time this year Queen Creek saw an increase in median home prices 2 weeks in a row. This is one of the few places in Phoenix metro where 4/2 homes with over 2000 square feet, less than 5 years old can be purchased for under $125K.
